Payment and Ordering

We accept orders through the wholesale section of the Belle Isle Design Co. website (where you are now).

Or, through email (belleisledesignco@gmail.com) — if ordering through email, we accept payment through a PayPal invoice that will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order and require full payment at the time of the received invoice.

*If you are ordering within the state of California, please email us your order instead of going through the website.

Because everything is handmade, and we often start making your order as soon as we can, changes to your order after receiving it can be very difficult. Please check over your order carefully before submitting as changes are not guaranteed but we will always do what we can to accommodations are possible. If you need to add to your order, please contact us. We are happy to combine orders so you don’t have to pay for shipping twice.


$200 first order minimums / $150 reorder minimum


A flat shipping rate of $12 includes a signature confirmation and first class shipping unless otherwise arranged. Please select the “Wholesale Ship” option when checking out to ensure your order has tracking and signature confirmation.

Turnaround Time

Orders will ship within 3-4 weeks from the submitted order unless otherwise arranged.


Returns on wholesale merchandise are not accepted. If something is wrong with your order or a piece is faulty, please contact us. We are always happy to right any wrongs in your order.

Sizing, Materials, Packaging

All earrings will be mounted or come with accompanying cards for mounting. All earrings will also come with sterling silver post backs. All products will be wrapped in protective plastic or tissue within the package.
